Does the hotel offer COVID-19 testing for reentry into the U.S?

Answer

Yes. AMResorts® is proud to expand the already comprehensive CleanComplete Verification™ program with the introduction of CleanComplete+. As part of CleanComplete+, we are pleased to announce the inclusion of COVID-19 viral antigen testing on-property at no cost to guests traveling to the U.S., as accepted per CDC U.S. travel regulations beginning on January 26, 2021. Test results will be received the same day in a format consistent with CDC requirements. Guests should contact the concierge at each resort upon arrival to schedule departure testing. A minimum 3-nights is required to qualify.

What happens if my test comes back positive?

Answer

If a guest receives a positive test while on property that prevents departure, the cost of quarantine at the property will be covered for up to 14 days. Extended stay due to quarantine includes the guest plus one travel companion sharing the same room. This policy is valid for travel through 2021.

Can I add travel insurance after making my reservation?

Answer

Yes. You can add it later, but be aware that any money that is paid for the room without purchasing the insurance is non-refundable. You should add the insurance before you make any additional payments outside of the deposit to your reservation.

I did not see any flight information. Is there a group rate for flights?

Answer

We are currently working on a group rate with Southwest Airlines. However, reservations are only available through August 16th, 2021. Once the schedule has been updated to include flights for November, an email will be sent with the booking details.

Are airport transfers included in the hotel pricing?

Answer

Rates include shared roundtrip transportation from/to the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please note that shared transfers are not direct and will stop at other hotels to drop off other guests along the way.
