Yes! We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting an ALL BLACK formal dress code for the evening. For men, this means suits, or button down shirts and dress pants with a tie or bow tie. For women, floor-length dresses, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venue's vibe and weather. If you're unsure—it's always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed! (Please note we ask for majority black attire but hints of forest or sage green are acceptable)
As much as we love your little ones, invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourself.
Please arrive to the venue by 4:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Entry once the ceremony begins will not be allowed.
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. The ceremony is on grass, so please be cautious wearing heels.
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website
Yes, overnight parking is allowed! We understand the importance of ensuring everyone gets home safely. Guests can leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up the following day before 10am Please be aware that our venue is in a rural area. There is a very limited amount of Ubers and Taxis, so please plan accordingly. We will provide a shuttle for those staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Fresno, located just off Kathryn Ave.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date that we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide a total guest count to our vendors in a timely manner and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope you understand!
