We met in high school. We ran in different circles of friends, but it wasn’t until after graduation that we actually spent time together. Just as we were starting to get close, Mindy was preparing to leave for college in Ohio. Neither of us wanted to jump into a long-distance relationship, so we decided to stay friends… even though we never stopped talking. Every break, every summer, we found our way back to each other. Eventually, friendship turned into something more, and on New Year’s Eve 2017, right at midnight, we made it official. In 2019, during the whirlwind of Covid, we officially moved in together. On Halloween 2020, our little family grew when we brought home our sweet dog, Luna. By November 2021, we were settling into our first apartment and building the life we’d always imagined. Now, after eight-plus years of love, laughter, and choosing each other through every chapter, we can’t wait to say “I do” surrounded by the people who have been a part of our journey.
