Arrival
4:30 pm - 4:45 pm
There will be security directing you towards parking garage right next door. Grab your ticket and validate at end of night. There will be an event next door to venue. So calculate for a bit of traffic.
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Weather withstanding, ceremony will be held just outside of the venue. Please take a seat and be considerate of family seating towards the front.
Pictures & Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:15 pm
Weather providing, cocktail hour & apps will be served by the canal. Servers will be coming around. You may also request what you'd like. PLEASE, be sure to sign our wedding guest book and answer our trivia question. 1 winner will be announced following cocktail hour.
Dinner & Welcome
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Look for your name in seating chart at entrance. Food will be provided buffet style an announced by table. You'll also find a small thank you for each guest at seat.
Party Time!!
8:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Let the drinks flow and show us your best moves. Keep in mind bar will close at 10:30 & we MUST exit by 11:00
After Party
11:00 pm
Keep in mind it will be a long day for the grooms and there are no bars open after 11 nearby. But never say never....but thanks for coming.
