How soon do we need to arrive prior to the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will take place on Friday April 3, 2026. The ceremony will start at 5:15 pm. As long as you all can make it before this with enough time to get ready and arrive to the venue. You can choose to come the day before the wedding or a few days before the wedding.

When will the bride and groom be arriving to Puerto Rico?

Sergio and Cinthya plan to be in Puerto Rico for a week. We plan to be there by Sunday March 29 through Monday April 6.

Where will the bride and groom be staying?

Answer

Sergio and Cinthya have booked an AirBnb in Isabela. This is located about 15 to 20 minutes from the wedding venue. If others can book in Isabela or nearby so we can all stay close to each other. Our last night will be in San Juan.

Yes, we welcome all children :)

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is a beach wedding. The ceremony will be outside, and the reception inside. Wear whatever is comfortable yet formal. The wedding party will be wearing gray and blue. The bride will be wearing white ;)

Will there be food?

Yes, there will be a cocktail hour to begin at 6 pm & appetizers, and a dinner at 7 pm.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by the end of February 2026 so we can give a final head count to the venue.

When will you be booking the flights?

Answer

Sergio and Cinthya plan to book the flights in the month of January, or February the latest. Best times to book are earlier in the week around Tuesdays. Domestic flights are best booked 1 to 3 months in advance.
