Piney River Ranch is located 12 miles up a scenic dirt road in the heart of the White River National Forest. We couldn’t be more excited to celebrate at this breathtaking mountain retreat, and we know you’ll be blown away by its beauty, too! The venue is over 9,300 feet above sea level, so please be conscious of hydrating before and during the festivities! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you 😉.
Transportation will be provided for all guests, with shuttles running to and from the venue. Please do not plan to drive to Piney River Ranch unless you’ve been pre-approved by Serena. The road requires four-wheel drive and is not suitable for most vehicles—especially at night. Shuttles will run periodically throughout the evening, so whether you’re heading out early or staying until the very end (woohoo!), you’ll have a safe ride back to Vail.
While we love your little ones, our wedding events will be adults-only. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax and enjoy a special weekend with us!
