The State of Hawaii has been planning a travel passport program for travelers to have the opportunity to bypass quarantine or showing a negative test if you have been fully vaccinated.
Starting July 8th, fully vaccinated U.S. travelers flying domestically — including island residents returning home — will be allowed to bypass Hawaii’s quarantine and pre-travel restrictions, as long as they upload their vaccination records to the state’s Safe Travels website and arrive with a hard copy of their vaccination records.

As there's not many hotel accommodations on the Windward side of the island, we suggest looking for vacation rentals on Airbnb in the Kailua, Waimanalo and Kaneohe areas so you'll be close by the wedding.
