When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 25, 2026. You can RSVP via physical RSVP card or on the RSVP tab of our website. If you need to modify your RSVP, please contact us directly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you arrive at Port Jefferson Country Club by 6:00pm for our ceremony.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing a traditional organized shuttle or bus service for the wedding. However, we want to ensure everyone gets to and from the celebration safely! To make travel easy, we will be providing rideshare codes to help cover the cost of your rides between the hotel and the venue. Please plan your transportation in advance or consider scheduling your ride home ahead of time.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place primarily indoors with opportunities to be outside.

Am I allowed to bring a guest?

Answer

We would love to include everyone, but we're keeping our guest list intimate. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Is the wedding kid friendly?

While we adore your kids, we've decided to keep our wedding adults-only. We appreciate your understanding and hope you're able to enjoy a night off with us!
