Women: Floor or tea length dress. Chunky heels recommended Men: Suit + tie minimum Please rsvp to select meal preference. - Course 1 - Vialone nano risotto with black carrot, squacquerone and raspadura from Lodi or Maccheroncini with knife-point white meat ragù, Tuscan pecorino, evo oil with a hint of laurel - Course 2 - Sea bass turban on potato flatbread and lemon caponata or Filet medallion with black Cyprus salt, crispy yellow potato, tomato emulsion and caramelized Tropea onion.
