Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP to all applicable events by July 9, 2025. Should there be a delay in receiving your invitation, we will continue to accept RSVPs beyond this date but would appreciate them ASAP!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

To keep things personal and meaningful we've limited our guest list to friends and family specified on the invitation or listed when you RSVP. We're so grateful for your understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to secure a seat and enjoy a beverage beforehand!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

All children who are welcome have been included as part of the RSVP with their families.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

You are welcome to stay wherever you feel most comfortable, however, shuttle service will be offered from two hotels listed under the Accommodations tab.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Bel Acres Golf and Country Club offers a large paved parking lot for those who plan to drive their own vehicle. Guests are welcome to leave their car overnight and pick up the following day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please advise of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate!
