I met Dongjo at Everett Community College right after I moved to the US. We studied aviation together and now both work in the aviation industry. Dongjo is a little rough around edges, but he is a very loyal, accountable, and generous friend.

We met freshman year in college and I'm not sure why Quynh decided to be friends with me after my awkward introduction of myself but I'm so glad she did! I love Quynh for her huge heart, sense of humor and perseverance. Most importantly, we share the same love for oysters!

One of my favorite childhood memories is the one summer I spent in Minnesota at Mel's place. We went to the local swimming pool almost every day and watched Sailor Moon for hours together. I'm so thankful to have a cousin on the States' side that I can relate to.
