Personally, we recommend staying in or near the heart of Downtown McKinney to enjoy its charming character ahead of the wedding. The area offers walkable streets, unique boutiques, and local dining, making it a lovely place to explore and unwind before the celebration. Historic Downtown McKinney is 5-10 minutes from the venue.

DFW International Airport (DFW)

The Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex has two main airports. DFW International is the largest and a hub for American Airlines. The link below will take you to American Airlines flights to Dallas, but DFW also serves Delta, United, Spirit, Frontier, and more. If you’re flying in for our wedding, DFW is usually the easiest option — unless you’re flying Southwest, which primarily uses Dallas Love Field Airport. DFW Intl. is about 30 minutes southwest of McKinney.

Dallas Love Field (DAL)

Dallas Love Field is a smaller, easy-to-navigate airport located closer to downtown Dallas. It is the main airport for Southwest Airlines and is the most convenient choice if you’re flying with them. DAL is 35 minutes south of McKinney.
