Question

What should I wear?

Answer

For the Welcome Party Friday Night, we would recommend dressy/casual. For the ladies, think a nice dress you would wear to a semi-formal or more casual wedding. Can be long or short! For the guys, think dress pants and a nice polo or button-down dress shirt. For the ceremony and reception, the attire is formal/black tie optional. Think floor length dresses, suits and ties.

Are kids allowed?

While we love all of your kids, this will be an adult only wedding.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be a trolley available the day of the wedding through Naperville Trolley & Tours for seamless transportation to the venue. Please note that there is a trolley schedule, so please check with the front desk so you know what time to catch your trolley. They have printed out copies of the schedule for handing out to guests. The schedule is also listed here under FAQs. Please understand that we had to make a schedule to ensure all of our guests make it to the venue in an organized fashion vs having two almost empty trips and then not enough space on the final trolley for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation :) You are also more than welcome to Uber or drive rather than take the Trolley. If you choose to do this, please make sure you call your uber with plenty of time to arrive to the ceremony by 5:15, so that we can get started right at 5:30. The Meson Sabika is a 4-minute drive from the Hotel Indigo. Ubers are plentiful in the area; in case you cannot get on the shuttle. In case you plan on driving and end up having one too many cocktails- the Meson Sabika allows overnight parking in its lot, and you could get your car in the morning. For the night before- our Welcome Party is conveniently located across the street from the Hotel Indigo.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

We ask that you please refrain from taking photos/videos during the ceremony and keep cell phones silenced. We hired a wonderful husband/wife photographer duo to capture all the angles during the ceremony and would like to keep cell phones out of the shots. Thank you for understanding!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from bringing a plus-one to our wedding, unless they have been specified on your invitation as invited. You will be able to see on our website under RSVP if you have a plus-one or not. Please respect this policy.
