Do a wine tasting at a local winery. Santa Barbara is our favourite, but there are many others around. They usually don't charge you anything, but you are expected to purchase a few bottles.
Le Caldare (Gorga Brugnola)
If you plan on heading more land inwards, just outside of Cagli you'll find the cascades at the beginning of a river. Good for especially warm days, as the water is especially cold.
