Question

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your children, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event (18 years old and above). However, we would love for your little ones to be around during the weekend festivities outside of the actual wedding ceremony & reception. So we are offering a complimentary babysitting service at Tracy & Michelle Darnell's home during the ceremony and reception. Feel free to leave your kiddos there while you enjoy a date night and celebrate with us!

What should I wear?

Answer

Summer Cocktail Attire (Linen and cotton are ideal materials for warm weather, as they breathe well and help you stay cool.) Men: Suit (tie optional) or sports jacket and dress shirt. Women: Maxi dress, midi or knee-length dress, as well as a jumpsuit. *Please no jeans/denim pants*

When do I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 25, 2024. You can do this by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear with your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! All alcohol will be provided on us. Please consider using the provided shuttle/bus back to the city as the venue is deep into the desert and it is hard to find an uber back in the evening from the Willow. You can leave your car if necessary but it must be removed no later than 9am the next day NO EXCEPTIONS.

Will there be transportation to/from the wedding venue?

Answer

Since we are having an open bar, providing transportation is a huge priority for us. We want you all to let loose and have fun, while also getting you home safely. As of now, we are working on the details for transportation to and from the venue, so check back soon for any updates. There will be complimentary parking available at the venue for any of those who wish to drive and opt out of drinking. If you leave your car overnight you MUST pick it up by 9am the next day, no exceptions. Consider uber/lyft to the venue and the provided shuttle/bus back to the after party at the end of the night.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will be half inside, and half outside. Dress according to the warm Phoenix weather and of course, wear sunscreen!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

You can always bet that this time of year in Phoenix will be sunny! The temps throughout the day will be anywhere from 70-90 degrees. The evenings usually cool down, but not enough to wear/bring a sweater.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm, but we advise getting onto the premises 30 minutes early. You will not be allowed to the ceremony if you are past 4:30pm. We would hate for that to happen, so please plan ahead! (Especially those who are planning to uber/lyft to the venue-schedule ahead if you can!)

Yes you can :) Just please NO tablets or iPads!
