There will be a party bus that will be picking up from Hotel Crosby and then stopping at Holiday Inn Hudson to bring guests to the wedding venue. Schedule: 2:00PM - Pickup from Hotel Crosby in Stillwater 2:30PM - Pickup from Holiday Inn Hudson 3:00PM - Arrive at Belle Ame Vineyard 11:30PM - Pickup from Belle Ame Vineyard ~12:00AM - Drop off at Holiday Inn Hudson ~12:30 AM - Drop off at Hotel Crosby At the end of the night, the party bus will pickup at Belle Ame Vineyard at 11:30PM and make a stop to drop off at Holiday Inn Hudson, and then make another drop off at Hotel Crosby. Please keep in mind there are no Ubers in the area. If you need to coordinate your own transportation we recommend contacting Stillwater Taxi ahead of time @ 651-439-9999 or 715-386-8111.

Travel Note
We have set up room blocks at 3 hotels. Two are in Stillwater where we will be spending the weekend and one is in Hudson which is a little closer to the venue. Please reserve your rooms by August 20th. There are many hotels or airbnbs/vrbos in the area, so please feel free to stay wherever is most convenient for you! There are several hotels in River Falls, WI as well.

Lora is located on Main Street in a fun area in Stillwater, just a 4 minute walk to Hotel Crosby, where we will have transportation to the ceremony. Transportation via party bus leaving at 2:00pm from Hotel Crosby to the wedding venue (making one stop in Hudson at the other hotel block). The ceremony/reception is about 25 minutes away from Main Street Stillwater.
