We know many of our guests have little ones, and while our wedding is adults-only, childcare is available on-site. The Broadmoor partners with Broadmoor Nannies, offering trusted childcare services right at the resort. For more information or to book a nanny, visit broadmoornannies.com.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
January in Colorado means winter in full swing! Expect cold temperatures, especially in the evenings. Snow is also possible, adding a beautiful wintery touch to the surroundings. We highly recommend bringing a warm coat, gloves, and a hat to stay cozy.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code for the reception is Formal. We encourage you to dress elegantly, stepping it up a bit from cocktail attire but no need to go as formal as black tie. Please note that The Broadmoor is a large resort, and you may need to walk outside to get between buildings.

When is the ceremony taking place?

We’re tying the knot in an intimate ceremony on Friday with just immediate family and wedding party. While the ceremony is limited to a small group, we’re beyond excited to celebrate with all of our loved ones at the reception on Saturday!

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Are there any activities planned for the weekend?
Answer
Yes! We’re hosting a fun cornhole tournament on Saturday morning at The Broadmoor. Everyone in town is welcome to participate. You can RSVP for the tournament when you RSVP for the reception on our wedding website. We’re also planning a Post-Wedding Hangout on Sunday at a fun brewery in Colorado Springs (details TBD).

What activities are available if I extend my stay at The Broadmoor?

If you’re extending your stay over the holiday weekend, The Broadmoor offers plenty of indoor activities to keep you cozy and entertained. Pamper yourself with innovative treatments at the award-winning spa, take a dip in the indoor pool, or catch a movie at the resort’s theater (popcorn included!). Be sure to check out The Golden Bee, a cozy British pub known for its ales, piano sing-alongs, and classic pub fare! And, of course, there are many other on-site dining options to explore.
