To obtain the special group rate, a minimum of 3 nights is required. To guarantee the reservation, 30% of the total reservation is required and non-refundable, the remaining amount will be charged at check-in. Cancellation before 90 days from the wedding date, will be subject to forfeiture of the total reservation. Cancellation after 89 days from the wedding date will be subject to a full stay penalty. The cut-off date for the group rate/room block reservation is September 7, 2024.
A valid passport book is required for entry into Mexico. To apply for your passport, please visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html. Standard processing time is 6-8 weeks. Expedited processing time is 2-3 weeks.
We kindly request that our guests wear the following colors on our special day: Ivory, Nude, Terracotta, Burnt Orange, or Brown. The attire is cocktail. Please refer to the Wedding Guests tab to view the requested colors.
