Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Everhart Gathering Place in Nevada, Ohio. The address is 2005 Township Hwy 55, Nevada, OH 44849. Staff will be present to lead you to the ceremony location upon your arrival.

When do we need to rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 21st, 2025, using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Bright summertime colors are encouraged! Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.

What do i do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

We highly suggest staying at the Holiday Inn in Marion Ohio. Look under the "Travel" tab above to find information on the block code and rooms available!

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Are Kids allowed?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony time will be starting at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you . Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- GET READY TO PARTY! For this reason, we encourage you to make sure you have a way to get home safely.
