FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 7th to allow the bride and groom plenty of time to prepare.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3PM. Please arrive around 2:30PM to ensure there's plenty of time to find a seat and get settled in before the ceremony begins.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal, but come dressed in whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Make sure to dress warm or wear layers, as our wedding will be in mid-December! Our ceremony will be outdoors but our reception will be indoors.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you would like to bring a date, please let the bride and groom know in your RSVP. If anything changes after you've already submitted your RSVP, just reach out to the bride or groom. Any changes must be made by November 7th. Please note that the bride and groom must consent to additional guests and have the final decision regarding approval for their attendance.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We have lots of family with kids and we'd be glad to have your kids celebrate with us. We only ask that during the ceremony, first dance, and other peak moments, kids remain seated.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please let us know in your RSVP if you have any food allergies that require accommodations. Please note, accommodations requested after November 7th may not be fulfilled.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue.

Question

A note about service dogs...

Answer

Please note that there will be several (3) service dogs in attendance at the wedding ceremony and reception, including the bride's service dog. These dogs are very cute, but we ask that you and your kids please refrain from petting, talking to, or otherwise distracting these dogs, as they will be working. Additionally, please note that our venue is NOT pet-friendly, only service animals are welcome. The ADA defines a service animal as a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Please note that emotional support is not a supported task under the ADA, and emotional support animals are not allowed at our venue. Thank you for your cooperation!
