When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 15, 2026 so we can give our venue an accurate headcount.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We will be starting down in the park below the venue for the ceremony and then transitioning up to the B&B above for the reception. We recommend arriving at 3:30 PM - 3:45 PM to park, grab a drink, and find your seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM.

What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable. The vision for our day is dressy casual. Comfortable dresses, pantsuits/jumpsuits/rompers, slacks, and button-down shirts (short or long sleeved) are welcome. Please keep in mind that the temperature can drop with the sun and bring a light jacket or sweater if necessary.

Are children invited?

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy the evening, we have chosen to make our special day adults-only. We politely regret that we are unable to accommodate children due to strict venue capacity limits

There is parking available on-site at Hidden Pearl B&B?

Answer

Yes! Karen (our lovely host for the night) has multiple parking spots available. There is roped off parking up on the hill at the B&B itself, as well as parking down in the park where we will be hosting the ceremony. If you have a little too much fun at the party you are also welcome to leave your vehicle on the property overnight. We just request that all vehicles be removed from the property within 48 hours of the event so that our host can prep for her next group.

Is there a wedding registry?

We are lucky enough to have a home full of everything we need. If you wish to give a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated!
