Fall colors would be preferred! Guests can opt for elegant and warm attire. Women can wear a classy dress with tights or a chic pantsuit. Men should wear a suit or dress shirt with dress pants. Layering with a stylish coat or jacket would be a good idea as well! (Please no jeans.)
Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes early. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. If guest should arrive after 4pm, we kindly ask that you wait in the cocktail area until the ceremony is concluded.
Plus one's will be clearly identified on your invitation. Please refer to the invitation you received to determine if a plus one is accounted for.
The first few rounds are on us! If you're feeling extra celebratory, a cash bar will be available! Tips are appreciated and HIGHLY encouraged!
Everything will be indoors, ensuring a comfortable and weather-proof celebration for everyone!
There will be free street parking AFTER 5pm & a parking lot by the Apollo Theatre (address for the Apollo is 128 E Martin St, Martinsburg, WV 25401). It is a 2 minute walk from the venue. There is also parking at the St. Johns Lutheran Church directly across from our venue.
