Rooms are blocked off for both 10/3/25 and 10/4/2025. You may proceed to book for either or both nights. The shuttles will do pick-ups and drop off's to this hotel. If you are staying at the Hilton you'll have to walk over. Both hotels are on the same property!

(Look for the yellow school bus!) Hotels to venue shuttle schedule: Shuttle 1- 2:30pm Shuttle 2- 3:00pm The ceremony begins at 3:15pm. Venue to hotels shuttle schedule: Shuttle 1- 8:30pm Shuttle 2- 9:00pm (The 9:00pm shuttle will make 2 stops, the hotel and then the afterparty location- Aspire Brewing) Please note: If you miss these shuttles you are expected to find your own transportation. The shuttles CANNOT wait for ANYONE. Thank you :)
