You will not be able to enter the beach from the Pueblo Bonito - Sunset Resort. However, you will be granted access to Pueblo Bonito - Rose and Pueblo Bonito - Blanco. These resorts have private beach access with lots of fun activities!
Pueblo Bonito offers shuttles during the day that can take you from Pueblo Bonito - Sunset Resort to Rose or Blanco. You can also take a taxi, or cab if you do not want to wait on the shuttle.
