Our love story began in 2014 when Guilherme was a new partner with Sonic Drive in. The minute I laid eyes on him I immediately told myself, "I'm going to marry this man." It was hard at first because he didn't want anything to do with me, LOL. He told me I was to young for him, I told him he was crazy, and I will never give up. There were countless times of flirtatious moments, a whole bunch of staring and laughing. I remember this one specific day I got all dolled up and met him at the store... pulled him outside and told him, "listen I want this to work, and I want to give this a shot, I want you... no one else." and he giggled and smiled ear to ear with his pretty smile and said "Selena, this isn't what you want." He was being SUPER STUBBORN. Fast forward a few weeks later, he caved. He gave in. We went on our first date to the movies, and this restaurant called The Villa. After our first date, we knew this thing between us was going to last. We fell hard for one another. We had such a deep connection. When you know... you know. It was so funny he use to tell me all the time I wish I interviewed you... I would've turned you down and hired you for my personal life" I thought it was so cheesy but so adorable. lol After a few more dates, long movie nights, a billion texts/phone calls, WE made things official!! There is a certain beauty in finding that one person who brings out the best in you and eliminates the worst. The grace of sharing life’s simple moments. Now here we are FOUR years later about to say "I do" and we get to spend the rest of our lives loving on one another. We cannot wait until the day we become Mr & Mrs. Carvalho!!
