Cannon and I met back in 2011. We were both in ninth grade and we were introduced to eachother by a mutual friend. I had only lived in North Carolina for a couple of months when I first met him. I was just a young girl whose whole world moved across the country to Harrisburg, North Carolina. We started off just as acquaintances, seeing each other here and there for about a year and then we started talking. I was only fifteen when we started talking and I remember telling myself I was an idiot if I didn't go out with this boy. On March 3, 2012 Cannon asked me to be his girlfriend. We were just kids and we really didn't have a clue about life. I felt like the prettiest and coolest girl in the world dating him. We went to seperate high schools and would only see each other on the weekend. Unless he had a wrestling match then you better believe I was right there cheering him on. We dated all throughout high school and when we graduated it was scary. What was going to happen? Life was bound to change.. and it did and it was hard at times but these have been the best years of our lives. We have truly grown up together and become adults side by side. When we started dating at 15 years old we were two kids, two very different people than we are now. He used to be the boy I had a crush on and then he became the man I fell in love with. There's no one in this world I can imagine going through life with. On July 9th, 2016 Cannon finally asked me to be his wife. We were in the midst of school and knew that our wedding would be pushed off for a while. We always said we wanted to be graduated before we got married and it has been a true test of patience. We are so ready to become husband and wife! God has been so good and we are so ready for this next chapter of our lives and we are so grateful to have love and support from so many people around us. It has been a Long Time Coming!
