Our story starts like any other, two eager eyed bushy- tailed college freshman who were ready for the “best 4 years of our lives”. We met at the University of Michigan during our freshman year in 2012 and quickly became friends, bonding over our excitement for college life, Michigan football and ambitious dreams for a career in medicine. Our friends noticed the sparks between us while we insisted we were just friends. We finally gave it a chance and starting dating in 2013. After graduation, we went on to medical school (for Bryan) and Physician Assistant school (for Selena) respectively. When Bryan matched for orthopaedic surgery residency back at our alma mater, the University of Michigan, we could not have been more thrilled to come full circle to where our story began so many years ago, in the famed halls of Couzens dormitory. In October 2022, Bryan finally popped the question in stunning fashion in Paris, France in front of the romantic Eiffel Tower. Our shared love for traveling, trying new restaurants, experiencing new cultures, and spending time with family and friends has given us so many great memories together. We are so excited for what is ahead for us as we begin our life together and we cannot wait to celebrate with our dear family and friends, who have all played such an important role in shaping who we are today. We love you all endlessly!
