It’s Happening!

Hello Friends and Family, Welcome to our wedding website! We are incredibly excited to share our journey with you! Our journey began when we met through Bumble, with me making the first move, and I now fondly refer to it as "the best thing I've found on the internet." Our first date was a evening at The Bygone in Baltimore, Maryland, and it was there that we realized something special was brewing. As the days turned into weeks and months, our connection deepened, and Matt couldn't contain his excitement about the future. He even began dropping hints about marriage on our third date! ;) We eventually decided to take the big step of moving in together, and welcoming our fur baby Mila into our lives. Joyous moments like these brought us even closer. My planning personality had a timeline of my own in mind, thinking a proposal might happen after we entered our fourth year of dating on 3/23/23. Little did I know that Matt was planning a total surprise! I had some gut instincts and sent "I think" messages to my besties, but Matt managed to catch me off guard. The surprise proposal took place at my childhood home, making it even more special. I was getting ready for a birthday brunch, thinking that was the plan. Little did I know, this brunch would turn into a surprise engagement. Matt's "help" with random things that day was actually attempts to get me to move because he had the ring stashed in his sock drawer right next to where I was doing my hair! And now, here we are, ENGAGED and eagerly looking forward to sharing the next chapter of our journey with all of you. Thank you for being a part of our lives and our love story.
