Approximately 140 people will be attending the wedding reception. We will be live streaming the ceremony on Selden Humphrey's Facebook Page the day of the event for anyone that wants to watch!

Dear Family and Friends: We are looking forward to having you at our home to celebrate the marriage of Selden and Erim, and we would like to share some details concerning the safety and social distancing measures we will be taking due to the ongoing coronavirus situation. We will be taking the temperature of each guest upon arrival, using a non-contact infrared thermometer, as is the protocol now at many locations where more than 10 people are gathered. Anyone showing a body temperature of 100 degrees or higher will not be allowed to enter. Upon arrival, each guest will be given a mask. We ask that you wear your masks except when drinking and eating. Food will be served following the social distancing protocols that our caterers have been observing throughout the pandemic. Most of the wedding festivities will be outside under tents. We will have about 3,000 square feet of outdoor tented space, which should be more than enough to accomplish social distancing with the number of guests in attendance. While such measures can be awkward and uncomfortable, our goal is to ensure the safety and health of our guests and not to expose anyone to unnecessary risks at this special celebration for Selden and Erim. We appreciate your understanding. Finally, we all will completely understand if anyone is uncomfortable attending such an event and chooses to “sit this one out.” In these unprecedented and unusual times, each guest assumes a certain degree of risk in any setting like this, even with all of our safety measures.
