What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30p. We recommend guests arriving no later than 4:15p and wedding party should arrive no later than 2pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will take place indoors, but we will have access to a patio with fireplace that can be used as needed.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

This time of year is unpredictable in terms of temperature. However, I would recommend light jacket/coat. It might be useful to also bring a raincoat or umbrella.

2 - 4pm: Wedding party photos 4 - 4:30pm: Guests arrive and find seats for ceremony 4:30 - 5pm: Ceremony 5 - 6pm: Family photos & cocktail hour 6 - 7pm: Dinner 7 - 7:30pm: Desserts & Speeches 8-10pm: Dancing & Party 10pm: End of Wedding

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Address: The Old Stone Chapel, 1106 S Main St, St Charles, MO 63301 If coming from the east: - Travel to I-70W - Take exit 229B from I-70W - Take Ameristar Blvd and S Main St - Turn right on James MacKay Drive - Park in back lot and walk to venue If coming from one of the many hotels mentioned: - Turn left onto S Main St - Turn right on James MacKay Drive - Park in back lot and walk to venue

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes. Parking is available behind the venue. From S Main St, turn right on James MacKay Drive and park in back lot and walk to venue.

Answer

We are only inviting close family and friends kids at this time.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

A charcuterie board will be available for light snacking during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet style dinner.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

Please enter any dietary restrictions in the RSVP section on the website/card to let us know how to best accommodate your needs.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. 5 hr open bar starting at 5pm and closing at 10pm.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

No. Guests are expected to book their own hotels. Options for stay can be found on the hotels tab.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We would like to request no photos during the ceremony. We would like our day captured by our amazing photographer. With that said, feel free to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception.

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
