When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you know your travel plans, you are welcome to RSVP! We ask that you submit your RSVP by March 11, 2022 at the latest.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block available to our guests at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. Book your stay using the link on the Travel page. Another great hotel option is the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. There are also many Airbnb and VRBO rentals in the area. Please see the Travel page for more information.

Will you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Absolutely! Our celebration will be vegan and vegetarian friendly. If you have any ethical, religious or medical requirement, please let us know in your RSVP and we will make sure you are catered for.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to find your seat by no later than 3:15pm. Music will begin at 3pm. Balboa Park is expansive so give yourself plenty of time to park & walk to Zoro Garden. It is recommended that you take an Uber/Lyft to the park. See the Weekend Events tab for info on parking at the park & directions to the Garden. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm.

Can I take pictures on my phone or camera?

Answer

We hope you do. Balboa Park is absolutely stunning! HOWEVER, we also hope that you take time away from your screen and enjoy being present in the moment with us. We have hired a talented photographer to shoot the ceremony and reception. We will share these pictures with everyone when we get them back.

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

We’ll let you know. We want to accommodate partners and spouses. There may be some constraints due to venue requirements & COVID-19 restrictions. When you RSVP online, you will see how many seats we have reserved in your name.

Are kids welcome at the wedding ceremony & reception?

Answer

Although we love your children dearly, the vow renewal ceremony & reception will be an adults only celebration. Children are welcome at all other weekend events. If you need information on local babysitters known & trusted to the family, please let us know.

Answer
