Between Brett’s deployment and unforeseen family matters, we made the difficult decision to move the wedding date.
We would love to see your whole family for the weekend festivities, however, we respectfully request no children at the ceremony or reception to allow all of our guests an adults-only evening. Non-mobile infants are an exception.
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.
We added a ton of VRBO recommendations on the travel page so follow those links and snatch one up! There are traditional hotels about 15 minutes away if that is more your speed.
No, we’re saving that money to invest into other aspects of the wedding. If you received this link, you (and your spouse or +1) are invited!
“Texas formal” so jeans and cowboy boots (if you have them) or a sundress or cocktail dress. Somewhere between backyard BBQ and black tie. Please note: The weather is *very* unpredictable here this time of year. Pack a heavy jacket and a bathing suit.
No registry! Because we are likely to be moving soon, we are trying to downsize our “stuff”. If you feel compelled, you are welcome to donate to our honeymoon (or tractor… TBD) fund through Venmo, Zelle, etc. We will provide those later on.
While making travel plans, please keep in mind that we are both active duty military and there is always the possibility our plans are overridden by our jobs. We recommend getting refundable tickets and travel insurance for a worst case scenario.
