Sejal and Poojan had their first date at Bowlero, it was clear from that first date there was something very special. In fact, they spent the whole night talking about their lives and were so caught up in conversation that they didn’t even actually get a chance to bowl. After the first date, it felt as though they had known each other their whole lives and hadn’t just met for the first time. After a few more dates, Sejal and Poojan realized how they knew a lot of the same people and had a lot of shared values. They realized that their paths may have crossed many times at Rutgers, but didn’t actually meet until their first date. After several date nights and planned vacations, they realized just how much they enjoyed each other’s company. After a couple of months, Sejal and Poojan met each other’s parents, siblings, and friends. They started going to events together and it didn’t take long for Sejal and Poojan to integrate into each other’s family and friend groups. Poojan knew how special this relationship was so he knew he had to plan a very special proposal for Sejal. During the proposal, Sejal said “yes” immediately and the rest was history.

Poojan knew just how special this relationship is and knew that the proposal had to be just as special. Sejal knew the date and location of the proposal but all other details were kept secret. For many months, Poojan was paying close attention to specific things that Sejal mentioned that she liked.
