Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will have a block of rooms available at Sole Inn and Suites in downtown Pensacola a block north of the church and a few blocks from the reception. There are many other hotels in downtown area you may check out if you like, such as the Days Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Pensacola Grand Hotel and New World Landing Inn.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3 pm - so you want to be seated in the church before then. We recommend taking a seat at least 10 mins prior to the ceremony start time. Don’t forget to allow time for Parking or walking over from the hotel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, we have decided not to provide transportation to the ceremony or reception as all of our events are within a very close proximity to one another. The church, reception hall and our chosen hotel with a block of rooms are all within walking distance of no more than 10 mins. There is free street and lot parking available at the hotel and church. At the reception hall there is free street parking and a paid private lot also for those who choose to drive instead.

What precautions are you taking for Covid 19?

Answer

We are taking several precautions to make sure our special day is safe for all who attend. We are having a very small ceremony with only the closest family and friends attending so we can maintain proper social distancing. Face masks are required while at the ceremony and reception except when eating or drinking.
