Our Love Story
Our love story begins in high school where we met through a mutual friend. We started to get closer when we had pre-calculus together our junior year. In the middle of the year, Covid hit which kept everyone from going to school and seeing each other. However, this pandemic only brought us closer together.
We began dating May 11, 2020. Since nothing was open during Covid, we spent most of our early dates going to parks and on long hikes. We went through our senior year together doing online school, but still got to experience all of our "senior year" events together- homecoming, prom, and graduation.
We then went on to attend Texas A&M together where Rebecca studied Animal Science and Austin studied Petroleum Engineering. We continued to experience life together in college and attended the football games and a multitude of other events together.
On December 26, 2024, Austin proposed in the same park we had our first kiss with our family there to celebrate!
