Are kids allowed at the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Although, we would love children to be at our wedding, the venue is not suitable for them. Please note that we are only allowing anyone over the age of 16 during our celebration and ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal: Cocktail/long dresses, and jumpsuits, Dark suits and ties etc.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be in our outdoor courtyard. The reception will be indoors following the cocktail hour

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

If you are staying downtown at one of our suggested/blocked hotel options, you will be able to walk to our venue. However, parking is free downtown on Sundays. We will send out an area map highlighting the different street parking options. Please look out for a text with the map that will be sent out three-four days before the wedding

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

The best way to RSVP is through our Zola website using the QR Code that was sent on the formal invite

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, our wedding registry is listed under the "Registry" tab here on our Zola site. We are fortunate enough that we have many items that we have collected while living together the past few years. With that being said, we have set up a honeymoon fund option.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We will have light hors d'oeuvres and cocktail options.

Do we need to choose an entree for the reception?

Answer

Yes, we are providing a plated dinner. Your entree options are listed when you scan the QR code from the formal invite

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Given our planned resources, we have decided to limit the number of guests. We will not be having plus ones unless otherwise stated on the rsvp section when you scan the QR code. You will see the word "guest" appear.

When should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony starts at 3:30 p.m, to get a seat. The seating will be separated by bride/grooms side with the first two rows for both sides reserved for immediate/close family. Once the ceremony begins they will not allow anyone to walk through, until it ends.

Are we able to take photos and videos during the ceremony on our personal devices?

Answer

Please refrain from any type of photography or videography during the 20 minute ceremony. This will allow for the photography and videography to have the best view when filming and taking photos.

Will the reception have an open bar?

Answer

Yes! It is five hours of open bar! This includes liqour not just wine and beer.
