Nope!! Chris and Nicole covered the cost for you all! But please be ready to tip!
Since the venue is designed for a stunning outdoor ceremony, it perfectly captures the beauty of nature. However, in the event of unexpected weather, there is also an elegant indoor ballroom available to host all of the festivities comfortably. The dinner and dancing is inside regardless.
The bridal party will be gathering at the venue, as that’s where we’ll be staying. But feel free to host your own celebrations too—especially at the nearby SpringHill Suites in Quakertown, which is perfect for a fun night out!
Chris and Nicole always say they met in a “hopeless place”—and yeah, it makes them laugh, mostly because it’s kind of true. That place? Their last corporate job in Bristol, PA. Chris had already been working there for about a year when Nicole joined the team on July 21st, 2021. She was single at the time and figured, hey, maybe there’d be a few cute coworkers—it makes going to work a little more interesting, right? Early on, she noticed Chris walking by her desk. He seemed quiet, kind of serious, but then they had their first client call together. That’s when she really noticed him—he was smart, confident, clearly knew his stuff when it came to web development (which Nicole will be the first to admit, she knew absolutely nothing about). The crush started to form… and then she saw the ring. Womp womp. Instant letdown. What she didn’t know was that Chris had noticed her too—pretty much from day one. (He’ll admit he definitely noticed her curves.) But he was married, so nothing came of it. That is, until the company’s holiday party rolled around. After the official party ended, a group of coworkers ended up at the Bristol Pub. Nothing was expected to happen, but somehow, something did. Chris made a move. Nicole, caught totally off guard, asked, “Wait… aren’t you married?” And Chris replied, “I’m getting a divorce.” Nicole’s honest reaction? “Wow. I’ve never been so happy to hear someone’s getting divorced.” That was the moment something shifted. Chris realized Nicole wasn’t just beautiful—she was funny, sharp, and someone he wanted to know more about. From that night on, what started as a simple crush turned into something real. And now, here they are—proof that even in the most unexpected places, the right person can show up at just the right time.
It was our first Christmas with our beautiful daughter, Delilah June. We woke up at 4:30 a.m. because the baby was a little sick and couldn’t sleep, so we figured, let’s do gifts now and take a nap later. We were in our matching PJs, opening gifts, listening to Christmas music — it was perfect. Chris saved one of my gifts for last and said, “Your mom wanted to watch you open this gift, so I need to take a video.” He propped up the phone and started recording. Believe it or not, I didn’t think anything of it. I started opening the gift, and it was a custom book with pictures of me, him, and Delilah. He had also written cute poems on each page that led to the next. As I was reading, I started thinking, Wow, this is REALLY romantic and sweet… I wonder if he’s going to propose. We got to the last page, and it just ended. I thought it would say something like “Will you marry me?” — but nope. I still loved the book so much. But then Chris goes, “Wait, that’s it? There should be another page!” I looked confused because I thought maybe the book hadn’t printed correctly. The thought of him proposing had already left my mind — because no way would that part just be missing, right? Then he said, “It should have said: ‘You are my world, you are my life — will you make me the happiest man and be my wife?’” 💍 The video is on my Instagram =)
