While this will be an adults-only celebration, we'd be happy to arrange a babysitter at the hotel if needed.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. We recommend arriving by 3:30 p.m. to ensure you have plenty of time to settle in before the ceremony starts.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Avalon Hotel, so no transportation will be necessary between the events.
No, as the wedding venue is at the hotel, we will not be providing shuttle service for guests. Downtown Palm Springs is compact, walkable, and very easy to get around via ride-sharing services, such as Uber/Lyft.
Palm Springs typically enjoys sunny, warm weather year-round. Evenings can get cooler, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater to stay comfortable after dark. Make sure to check the weather in the days leading up to the weekend.
We kindly ask that you silence your phones and put them, along with any cameras, away during the ceremony, as we want everyone to be fully present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Outside of the ceremony, we encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you like!
