Travel Note
VISA: US nationals do NOT require an entry visa to Costa Rica. However, they must have a current valid passport and a return ticket to exit Costa Rica within 180 days We recommend you pack light clothes, at least one sweatshirt. Weather is typically mild but can drop at night. June kicks off rainy season so tropical rain might come and go - - expect rain, a light drizzle, afternoon showers or more! You could rent a car, but we don't recommend it because navigating traffic in Costa Rica is an art. We do recommend using Uber as it is accessible, convenient and fairly priced. Uber is fairly cheap because the distances are short and Uber Eats is a great way to get food delivered.
Flight
Fly into Costa Rica's capital, San Jose. There's only one airport to the capital city and it's a short Uber ride to either downtown or to the venue! Airport code: SJO AA, Alaska, Delta, Southwest, United all fly to San Jose depending on your departure city so we recommend checking out all these airlines.
Hotel
We've reserved 20 rooms from Thursday, June 13 - Sunday, June 16. The reserved rooms can be accessed with our unique ResLink. All rooms are Double Rooms and include Breakfast in the rate. If you would like to opt out of breakfast, feel free to visit the hotel site to book directly! Last day to book or cancel: April 30, 2024 This is where the bride and groom are staying! It's 15 minutes from the airport and about 30 minutes from the venue. Free hotel shuttles can be arranged for airport pick-up and drop off
House Or Rental
Airbnbs are pretty affordable in the are, we recommend staying near the airport, which is very close to the Friday event, and easy access to the Saturday wedding!
