Question

Will the ceremony and reception be outside?

Answer

The wedding will be inside with heat! There is also a coat room with an attendant.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal attire. Reserve traditional wedding colors (white, ivory, champagne) for the bride. We would also prefer guests to refrain from wearing burgundy as this is the bridal party’s color! No jeans! As this is a winter wedding, you can be as dressed up as you would like as sun dresses are not an option.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your children, the only children we will have at the wedding are those in the wedding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your wedding invitation has your plus one’s name on it, you may absolutely bring a plus one! We have a strict guest list so if you are unsure, please text the bride!

Where should I park?

Answer

If you are staying at the hotel, there will be a shuttle to bring you to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night. The shuttle is running on a schedule please ensure you have contacted either the hotel for details or a member of the bridal party. If you aren’t staying at the hotel, park in the main parking lot! If you are joining us for the informal after party and Barley, parking is available in their parking lot. Uber and Lyft are also available.

Will there be gluten free, vegetarian, special options?

Answer

On the wedding invitation, there are three different foods to choose from. The gluten free option will have “gf” next to it and the vegetarian option will say “vegetarian”.

Can I take and post photos?

Answer

Absolutely! Please tag us and use our hashtag “RomeIsWhereTheHeartIs” so we can see all your photos! We will be asking for a phone & photo free ceremony.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive approximately 30 minutes early to the venue so you are able to find your seats.
