Question

When should I RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 21, 2024. If you fail to respond by this date we will assume you won’t be in attendance.

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

No. There are multiple rentals on site as well as the surrounding area so we have chosen not to have a hotel block. Please see travel section for lodging options and information.

Question

If I choose to not stay onsite, do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are a few inns in Luray that the venue has recommended. These options have been listed in the “Travel” section of the website.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the cabins/hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If guest choose to stay onsite, there will be a shuttle to take guest to and from the Pavilion. Please let the bride and groom know so that they can coordinate a pick up. If guest are staying off site, Uber and Lyft are available, however, there are a limited amount of drivers. If you choose to drive, there are 80 parking spots available onsite at the Pavilion, we ask that you please drink responsibly. Please inquire about other transportation options with bride and groom.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There are 80 parking spots.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The short answer: Semi-formal or cocktail attire. Any colors but white ☺️ The long answer: November in Virginia can be quite cold - please check the weather forecast for the weekend and dress accordingly. Since our ceremony will be entirely outdoors and our reception will be in a semi-enclosed open space, we highly suggest bringing a warm jacket, scarf, pashmina, anything to properly keep you warm. We also recommend you wear comfortable shoes! If you are planning on wearing heels, consider wearing block heels and wedges, as the ground may be uneven at times and you may sink into the ground with a skinny heel.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you rsvp online, if you are prompted to enter information for a guest, you are welcome to bring a date. If it says just your name, we want you all to ourselves.

Question

Can I bring my child?

Answer

No, this will be an adult only event.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. We plan to have multiple options to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. When completing your RSVP, you will be prompted to fill out this information.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a registry built into the website, as well as Crate and Barrel and Anthropologie (information for this is in the same section of the website). Please see the registry tab for more information!

Question

It's after September 21st and I want to RSVP, how can I RSVP?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting RSVPs. If you would like to still come to the wedding, please bring a chair and a sandwich.
