Barry’s Downtown Prime brings back the Vegas Steakhouse to Fremont Street. The restaurant design is inspired by old school Vegas Steakhouses which had a sense of place and timeless appeal. The design brings together classic cool ambiance of 1950’s, 1960’s, and 1970’s in combination with the Modern and Hip vibe of Circa. Jeff and Liz thought the service was unbelievable at Barry's. The kitchen split our meal for us and the bartender split our port. Everything tasted amazing, truly worth the price for the experience alone. Reservations are highly encouraged.
As the longest continuously running hotel and casino in Las Vegas, the El Cortez Hotel and Casino has undergone several renovations inside, but retains the same facade it had 1952 when their “new” neon signage was installed. And on February 22, 2013, their building became the only existing casino to be placed on the National Register of Historic Places. From their exciting penny and nickel machines to their video poker, video keno, video reels, and multi-game machines, El Cortez is one of the only places in Las Vegas where patrons can enjoy both ticket and coin-operated machines. Jeff recommends El Cortez to first time Las Vegas visitors who want real coins when they win. There’s no sound sweeter than hitting a jackpot at the El Cortez.
Andiamo Steakhouse prides itself on homemade Italian breads, award-winning sauces, and handmade pasta. Joe Vicari’s philosophy, originating from the late Master Chef Aldo Ottaviani, is to buy the freshest ingredients and prepare them from scratch every day. Jeff and Liz visited Andiamo when they couldn't get into Barry's. They had a lot more availability, but reservations are recommended.

They carry gambling products, including an amazing collection of high quality cards, lammers, dice, home and casino gaming and poker tables, chip sets, dice sticks, casino memorabilia, dealer buttons, accessories, and much more. Established over three decades ago in 1984, and still downtown at 727 South Main Street, they are the trusted source worldwide for gaming equipment and supplies, award wheels, money wheels, custom clay chips, bingo supplies and more! Jeff introduced Liz to this store from his childhood. It's perfect for old school Vegas gambling memorabilia.
