Flying to Sicily

There are two major, international airports on Sicily. Catania (CTA) and Palermo (PMO). You can fly to Catania (CTA) via a stop in any major European city. Routes are offered with a stop in Rome, Milan, London or Barcelona, among others. You can always shop around for different flights that fit your budget or travel desires, just make sure you can fly from that city to Catania (CTA) in Sicily as your ending destination. From the Catania airport, Taormina is about a 45 minute drive. Direct flights are offered from NYC to Palermo (PMO) multiple times a week. From the Palermo airport, Taormina is about a 3 hour drive.
