How do I book a room

Answer

We have a room block with 25 rooms remaining. The room block includes rooms from Turquoise and regular buildings at a discounted rate. Please contact Seerel to book in the block (this assures our rooms will be close together) These rooms can be cancelled up to 30 days before the wedding at no fee Pricing: King room- $216 (per person /double occupancy) 2 Double bedroom- $224 (per person / double occupancy) Turquoise oceanfront- $280 (per person / double occupancy) Please note because it is all inclusive prices are based per person rather than the room. If there is a large group I suggest getting multiple rooms as their is not too much savings for sharing If you book through the room block you will have private check in, rooms next to each other, and upgrade to next level room- this is more than $100 less per night than published online rate so make sure you book through the block since we secured the rooms before they increased in price

Are Kids Invited

Answer

We love your kids — we really do. That's why this is a family event! Everyone is welcome, and we really hope this resort is the perfect fit for the whole family. For those of you without kids there is a whole section of the resort that is adults only. *Please note, the reception will be 18 and over

Is there transportation from the airport

Answer

Transportation to the hotel will be provided via shuttle. We will be requesting your travel details to help coordinate this.

Can I Stay At A different Resort

Answer

Yes, feel free to stay at another resort. Unfortunately there is a $150 hotel fee you will incur to attend the wedding for outside guests. Did we mention Hyatt Ziva is all-you-can-eat, all-you-can-drink? We just hope you can join us, even if that means staying at another resort.

What should I bring

Answer

Hyatt Ziva is all-inclusive, including gratuity. We ask that everyone bring something white for the welcome party. There are a couple restaurants that require men in long pants and closed toed shoes

Is there Spa/ Hair/ Makeup

Answer

There is a full spa and we will be renting the bridal suite the day of the wedding. For anyone looking to get hair and makeup done please let us know- Guests will receive 10% off published prices

Do I need a passport

Answer

Yes, you will absolutely need a valid passport. Keep in mind passport processing generally takes four to six weeks.

Is there a dress code

Answer

Some of the restaurants do have a dress code: Resort Formal: Long pants, close-toed dress shoes and collared shirt (polo style or dress shirt) are required for men; casual chic for women

Do the Restaurants require reservations

Answer

There are no reservations required at the hotel. Most of the restaurants do not have a wait except for the French Restaurant. We do recommend trying this one as it is the best, however make sure to either have your butler put you on the waiting list or walk in to put your name on the waiting list 45 minutes to an hour before you are ready to eat

When is Check in and Check out

Check in is 3:00pm and Check out is noon. We learned though that Hyatt Ziva will still allow you to use the amenities the whole day of your check in and check out as well. So if your flight gets in early or leaves late the day of checkout, stash your bags and feel free to continue to eat, drink, and jump in a pool
