What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to allow time for seating.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire. We encourage suits or tuxes for gentlemen and floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses for ladies. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up!

How far is the wedding from Charleston, and should we visit while we're there?

Answer

Walterboro is about an hour’s drive from Charleston, SC, making it a perfect addition to your trip. Charleston is one of our favorite places—Steven and Abbey love living there and all that it has to offer, from incredible food and historic charm to beautiful waterfront views and shopping. If you have extra time, we highly recommend exploring the city!

How close are the hotels to the venue, and will transportation be provided?

Answer

Both recommended hotels are located about 12 minutes from the venue. There will be plenty of parking available on-site for those who choose to drive. For your convenience, we will be providing a shuttle between the venue and the hotels, with timing details to be shared closer to the wedding date.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, they are warmly welcome. Due to limited space, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation.
