Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be on Monday, December 29th at 3:00 PM. The venue address will be listed on your formal invitation.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors will open at 2:30 PM. To ensure a smooth and timely start, doors will close at 2:50 PM and the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. If you happen to arrive after the doors close, no worries! You’ll be kindly asked to wait in the lobby and are welcome to enter once the bride has made it to the altar.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs may be submitted either by returning your enclosed card via mail or by completing the online form under the RSVP tab.

What if I don’t RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by our deadline of November 17th, you will be marked as “not attending” and unfortunately will not be able to join us for the celebration.

Are kids/children allowed?

Answer

We absolutely LOVE the kids! However, because of space limitations, we are only able to accommodate the children who are in the bridal party. We hope that you’ll still be able to celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Thank you for asking! Due to limited seating, attendance is reserved for those who have received a formal invitation. In the event your plus one cannot attend, their seat cannot be given to another guest, as we are committed to honoring our guest list. We appreciate your understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress to impress! This is a black-tie/formal event and we are requesting guests to wear ALL BLACK attire. Please avoid casual attire, including jeans, t-shirts, sweats, etc.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

To ensure a fun and respectful atmosphere for all of our guests, our wedding will be a COMPLETELY 100% DRY/ALCOHOL-FREE event. Due to regulations, outside beverages are not allowed. As such, alcohol will not be permitted. Guests who bring or consume alcohol, will kindly be asked to leave and will not be able to continue celebrating with us.

Can I take photos and videos?

Answer

We have chosen to have an unplugged ceremony. We respectfully ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during this time. We’ve hired talented professionals to capture everything, and can't wait to share those beautiful photos and videos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, you’re more than welcome to take as many photos and videos as you'd like. We do ask that you please keep your flash off when doing so.

If I don't feel well, can I still attend if I have already RSVP'd?

Answer

While we would love for you join us, everyone's health is important to us. To ensure the safety of all of our guests, if you are not feeling well, unfortunately you will not be able to attend. If you are not able to make it, please contact Colleen to update your RSVP.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Absolutely! Be sure to bring your dancing shoes!

Will the ceremony be live streamed?

Answer

Yes! We understand that not everyone can be present, so we have arranged for a virtual option to include our loved ones who wish to partake in the celebration from afar. The livestream link will be posted at a later date.

Is there anything else we should know?

Answer

To ensure the ceremony and reception remain focused on our love, commitment, and union, we kindly ask that no special announcements be made by guests at any time during our celebration.

For any questions leading up to Friday, December 26th, please contact our wedding planner, Carmen, at 240-372-9870. Starting Saturday, December 27th through the wedding day, to ensure the bride, groom, parents, and wedding party can fully focus on the celebration, please direct all questions to our day-of coordinator, Colleen, at 240-447-5918.
