What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary shuttle service will be available between the Courtyard Marriott and Birchwood. The shuttle will depart from the Courtyard Marriott at 4:00 PM and return from Birchwood to the hotel at 10:30 PM at the end of the evening. Please indicate on your RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors with an inside cocktail hour and reception to follow.
