FAQs

The Wedding Website of Madeleine Sebastien and Garrett Miller
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive at 4:00 to find their seats and enjoy a pre-ceremony refreshment. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We recognize the time, effort, and expense to attend our wedding as a gift in itself. While we do not have a traditional registry, we will have a Cards & Gifts table available at the wedding for those who wish to bring something.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

For our Welcome Party, guests are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses/pantsuits or dress pants with a jacket. For the wedding, guests are encouraged to wear summery semi-formal attire, such as mid-length or long dresses and suits with the optional tie. Please note that all events will take place outdoors, so dress accordingly for walking on grass and experiencing cooler temperatures in the evening.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the wedding events?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing shuttles to the wedding ceremony and from the reception. Shuttles will pick-up and drop-off at the Hyatt Regency in Santa Rosa. If you are not utilizing the shuttles, the venue has parking and Ubers/Lyft are readily available in the area. A shuttle schedule will be posted on our website closer to the wedding date.

Question

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at Vine Hill House. Upon arrival, there will be parking attendants outside to guide guests to the venue. Guests are welcome to leave their cars at the venue overnight and pick them up on Sunday morning.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The wedding events are adult-only with the exception of the children in our family. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Do I need to select my meal preference in advance?

Answer

Our amazing caterers are serving a family-style dinner, meaning guests will serve themselves at the table from a selection of starters, sides, and entrees. If you have a specific food allergy, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your meals.
