Yes! There will be parking lots at the hotels as well as parking reserved on site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes! There will be a shuttle running from the Hilton Hotel only (not the Marriott since it is right across the street) prior to the ceremony and after the reception.
