FAQs

The Wedding Website of Ellie Hasbargen and Sebastian Robitaille
Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

Tamaracks Resort in Seeley Lake, MT. An hour north of Missoula, MT.

Question

Will food be provided throughout the weekend celebration?

Answer

The first evening we arrive we will be doing a bbq with burgers & brats! There will be some chips and drinks as well. If you would like to bring a side dish please do! Saturday, the day of the wedding, we’ll have breakfast at the Saddleshed lawn at the resort and there will be a cocktail hour after the ceremony with drinks and a grazing board. And dinner will be served during the reception at 7 pm as well. The following evening, Sunday, we will have pulled pork sandwiches & coleslaw for everyone after lake time. We recommend bringing whatever snacks, meals, and drinks you’d like to have over the weekend. There is a grocery store in Seeley Lake if needed but, it is pretty small. Each cabin is equipped with a kitchen and has a campfire stove outside if needed.

Question

Will there be an open bar at the wedding?

Answer

No, but there will be lots of beer and wine! And we will have a joint bar!

Question

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

Answer

Of course! Kids are welcome for the weekend!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We would like everyone to have their RSVPs in by May 1st, 2025.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding theme is forest garden party. We’d love if everyone could dress in formal clothing. Feel free to wear fun patterns and colors to fit our whimsical garden party theme!

Question

Where do we park if we aren’t staying at the resort?

Answer

There will be signage once you enter the resort property directing you to the parking lot close to the ceremony site. From there it’s a short walk to the welcome hour lawn!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a moment where everyone can take photos once we’re at the alter, before the ceremony begins. Other than that we would deeply appreciate if we could have an unplugged ceremony. We have an amazing photographer and videographer working with us on our wedding day so please let them work their magic and capture the day for us so you can all be present and enjoy yourselves!!

For all the days along the way
